ABOUT ME

MY STORY

Whitney lives on the North Atlantic coast on the traditional, unceded lands of the Mi’kmaq, and survives on a steady diet of coffee and books. She loves reading and writing, and she edits books to support her bibliomania, so I guess you could say her world is books. (And it always has been.)

Aww, shucks.

Nice things people have said about me

“Whitney has been an asset to each project I’ve collaborated on with her. She is also a pure delight to spend time with, funny and warm and endlessly curious, and she cares about books more than anyone else I know. ”

Penelope Jackson, editor, and author of Papergirl
and Amazing Atlantic Canadian Women

“I consider Whitney a ground-breaking professional, a generous, community-minded young woman, a person of integrity, and an editor with forward-thinking vision who respects the past.… I can honestly say I have never worked with an editor who navigates all these things so gracefully.”
